It is not permitted to participate on multiple competitions per competition day.

Referees must be provided based on the total entries per tournament. They must be qualified judging disciplines proportionally to the entries for this discipline.

The referees activity is not paid by the organizer.

All participants are responsible for their own equipment.

A healthcare professional (trained in first aid, cardiovascular/pulmonary rescue and sports injuries) must be present at the competition venue. A special place for the competition's medical care function should be visible to all participants and clearly shown.

Starting fees must be paid by club. Enter club and number of single and double starts respectively. Fees are payable to the plusgiro 463 24 42-2. Pay no later than November 9. Only foreign clubs / fencers can pay in cash.

Regarding fee for absent referee per day:
Example, Club X registers 25 fencers (or more), which means 6 mandatory day of referee.
Depending on how many referee the club can fill, the fee will be:
6 referee days means no referee fee
5 referee days means a fee of SEK 2,000
4 referee days means a fee of SEK 2000+2000=4000
3 referee days means a fee of 2000+2000+2500=6500 SEK
2 referee days means a fee of 2000+2000+2500+3000=9500 SEK
1 referee day means a fee of 2000+2000+2500+3000+3500=13000 SEK
If the club has no referee, the fee is 2000+2000+2500+3000+3500+4000=17000 SEK

Accreditation of leaders:
All clubs must register the names of the coaches who represent the club at the competition. This is so that the competition management can accredit these.
