Format

- Epee ind: Two pool-rounds before direct-elimination. After first pool round: 32 men and 16 women are excepted and directly qualified to DE. 25-30 % eliminated of total after second pool round.
- Veterans men: (at 12:30): One mixed pool-round for fencers not participating in the senior competitions (ranking round).
- Veterans woman: Just DE.
- Veterans’ men (at 14:30): One pool-round before DE.
- Epée team: Direct-elimination. All places in the table will be fought for. Ranking = Saturday senior results. Mixed teams permitted but only pure men´s- or woman´s team.

Jurisdiction

All participants are responsible for their own equipment.
Medical

A healthcare professional (trained in first aid, cardiovascular/pulmonary rescue and sports injuries) must be present at the competition venue. A special place for the competition's medical care function should be visible to all participants and clearly shown.

- A maximum of 32 teams in men´s competirion and 16 in women's competition.

- The higher starting fee this year is to cover the extra cost for referees and the fee for the Nordic Fencing Union. No need for fencers to act as referees.
