2022 International Tournament

A valid DFB fencing pass is a starting requirement for German fencers. Adolescents under the age of 18 need a health certificate (not older than 365 days).

It is not permitted to participate on multiple competitions per competition day.

Referee qualification:

Referees must be provided based on the total entries per day.

The referees activity is paid by the organizer.

Die Kampfrichter haben zur jeweiligen Kampfrichterbesprechung an beiden Tagen zur unten angegebenen Zeit verpflichtend zu erscheinen. Vereine ohne anwesende Pflichtkampfrichter zur Besprechung müssen Ablöse bezahlen (auch durch nachträgliche Rechnung). Die Kampfrichter haben bis zum Ende des Wettkampftages verpflichtend zur Verfügung zu stehen.

Die Kampfrichter erhalten eine Tagesvergütung von 50 € (D-Kampfrichter und höher) und 25 € (Modul 1-Kampfrichter). Die Vergütung wird nur dann ausgezahlt, wenn die Kampfrichter spätestens morgens zur Besprechung erscheinen und ganztägig der Turnierleitung zur Verfügung stehen.

The mode of the competition will be according to the rules of the WFB.

The event takes place according to FIE regulations.

Organizer assume no liability. All participants are for responsible for the personal equipment.

The participants submit to the jurisdiction of the Westfälischer Fechter Bund e.V.

The participants and their legal representatives declare that they agree to a publication of their names, clubs and year of birth as the as the competition data.. The fencer / legal representative declares his consent to the production, distribution and display of images, sound and film during the competitions. This consent is free of charge, has unlimited territorial and temporal validity and applies to the right to the image as well as the general right of personality. It includes all media, but in particular the right to reproduce recordings in print, TV shows and the Internet. There is the possibility, but no obligation, to give the name.

Due to the spatial conditions, parents or spectators are not allowed to enter the hall and are not allowed to be reported as functionaries via Ophardt.
The supervisor key is valid per day, not per age group:
- for 1-3 fencers per club: 1 supervisor
- for 4-6 fencers per club: 2 supervisors
- for 7-10 fencers per club: 3 supervisors
- for more than 10 fencers per club: 4 supervisors
