Avec l'inscription, les participants déclarent qu'ils acceptent la publication de leurs noms, clubs et dates de naissance ainsi que du tournoi. Le tireur/la tireuse respectivement le représentant légal déclare son consentement à la production, à la distribution et à l'affichage d'images, de sons et de films pendant les compétitions. Ce consentement est gratuit, a une validité territoriale et temporelle illimitée et s'applique tant au droit de l'image qu'au droit général à la personnalité. Il inclut tous les médias mais en particulier le droit de reproduire des images, émissions TV et internet. Il y la possibilité mais aucune obligation de donner le nom.

La présence d'une personne disposant d'une formation médicale est obligatoire pendant toute la durée du tournoi.

Der Zugang zu den Fechtpisten ist nur den Fechtern und offiziellen Begleitern erlaubt.
