Referees must be provided based on the total entries per day.

The referees activity is not paid by the organizer.

Minimal requirements regarding fencers' equipment

- Jacket, pants and underjacket 800 N
- Gloves as required by the FIE : no hole for the bodywire and at least 800N for sabre.
- Masks 1600 N with a double fastening system
- Chest protector (with a layer of soft polymer as required by the FIE for foil) mandatory

The organizer waves all responsibility in case of theft or accident.
Participants may be photographed or filmed during the event. These photos or videos can be used to promote the activities of the organizing clubs or the VSB (posters, leaflets, web, social networks, etc.). Registration therefore implies that you authorize the organizing clubs and VSB to freely use the photos and videos with your image in any type of publication as mentioned above. Nevertheless, each participant (or his legal representative for under 18-year-olds) can indicate his refusal to publish the individual photos about him by simple letter or e-mail addressed to the responsible person.
