The event takes place according to FIE regulations.
The regulations of the DFB on sports operations - in particular the sports regulations - as well as the regulations of the BFV on events and sports are to be applied in addition.

Organizer assume no liability. All participants are for responsible for the personal equipment.

The participants submit to the jurisdiction of the Bayerischer Fechterverband e.V.

The participants and their legal representatives declare that they agree to a publication of their names, clubs and year of birth as the as the competition data.. The fencer / legal representative declares his consent to the production, distribution and display of images, sound and film during the competitions. This consent is free of charge, has unlimited territorial and temporal validity and applies to the right to the image as well as the general right of personality. It includes all media, but in particular the right to reproduce recordings in print, TV shows and the Internet. There is the possibility, but no obligation, to give the name.

Der Lehrgang findet unter Vorbehalt der derzeitgen Vorgaben der Bayer. Staatsregierung und den Empfehlungen des BFV und DFB statt. Über das Hygienekonzept werden alle Teilnehmer vor Lehrgangsbeginn mündlich informiert. Mund-Nase-Bedeckung ist in allen Bereichen, außer der Sporthalle, zu tragen.
Zuschauer sind nicht erlaubt.
Umkleiden und Duschen stehen nur bedingt zur Verfügung.
Die Sporthalle darf nicht mit Straßenschuhen betreten werden.
Alle Teilnehmer nehmen auf eigene Gefahr am Lehrgang teil.
Veranstalter und Ausrichter übernehmen keine Haftung.
Mit der Meldung erklären die Teilnehmer bzw. deren gesetzliche Vertreter, dass sie mit einer Veröffentlichung ihrer Namen, Vereine und Geburtsjahrgänge einverstanden sind. Der Fechter/Fechterin bzw. der gesetzliche Vertreter erklärt sich damit einverstanden, dass bei den Wettkämpfen Bild-, Ton- und Filmaufnahmen gefertigt, verbreitet und zur Schau gestellt werden. Diese Einwilligung erfolgt unentgeltlich, ist räumlich und zeitlich unbeschränkt und gilt sowohl für das Recht am Bild als auch das allgemeine Persönlichkeitsrecht. Sie umfasst alle Medien, insbesondere aber das Recht, Aufnahmen im Print, TV-Sendungen und im Internet wiederzugeben. Dabei besteht die Möglichkeit, aber keine Pflicht, den Namen zu nennen.
