INTERNATIONAL OPEN The number of participants is unlimited. A valid DFB fencing pass is a starting requirement for German fencers. Adolescents under the age of 18 need a health certificate (not older than 365 days). Certificates issued on the day of the tournament will not be accepted. |

Referee qualification:
Die gemeldeten Kampfrichter müssen mindestens über eine D-Lizenz verfügen.
Referees must be provided based on the total entries per day. They need to be distributed proportional to the entries of this day. They must be qualified judging disciplines proportionally to the entries for this discipline. The required number of qualified referees must be entered into the inscription system before athletes can be added to the competition. The referees activity is not paid by the organizer. |
