16 Radebeul Fencing Cup 2025

A valid DFB fencing pass is a starting requirement for German fencers. Adolescents under the age of 18 need a health certificate (not older than 365 days).

Referees must be provided based on the total entries per day.

The referees activity is not paid by the organizer.

The competition epee senior will be played as pool bouts and direct elimination without repêchage. All other competitions will be processed in pool system (either in marathon mode everyone against everyone or with preliminary round and final round).

The competition management reserves the right to adjust the mode on the day of the competition depending on the number of starters. Age groups as well as m/f can be combined if necessary.

The event takes place according to FIE, DFB and SFV regulations.

Organizer assume no liability. All participants are for responsible for the personal equipment.

The participants submit to the jurisdiction of the Sächsischer Fechtverband e.V.

The participants and their legal representatives declare that they agree to a publication of their names, clubs and year of birth as the as the competition data.. The fencer / legal representative declares his consent to the production, distribution and display of images, sound and film during the competitions. This consent is free of charge, has unlimited territorial and temporal validity and applies to the right to the image as well as the general right of personality. It includes all media, but in particular the right to reproduce recordings in print, TV shows and the Internet. There is the possibility, but no obligation, to give the name.

For senior competitions the participants judge themselves (no refereed to be provided for these competitions)!

U17 fencers are allowed to participate the epee senior competition depending on their fencing skills. Following the single tournament in epee, a mixed team competition is planned. Teams may be composed on-site.

U9 fencers will be rated separately on U11 competitions. In case of combined competitions, the ages will be rated separately.

The tournament can be mixed male / female. The rating is carried out separately.

Please also note the participation possibilities in the Veteran Championships Saxony, which will take place on Sunday.

Canteen and grill are on site.

The applicable hygiene regulations and infection control measures of the Free State of Saxony and Meißen County must be considered.
