Remarks

Deelnemers kunnen tijdens het evenement gefotografeerd of gefilmd worden. Deze foto’s of video’s kunnen in het kader van de promotie van hun activiteiten gebruikt worden door de organiserende club, de VSB, de FFCEB of de KBFS. (posters, folders, website, sociale media, ..)


Deelname aan deze wedstrijd impliceert dat je de toestemming geeft aan de organiserende club, de VSB, de FFCEB en de KBFS om foto’s en video’s met uw afbeelding vrij te gebruiken binnen het hogervermelde kader. Niettemin kan elke deelnemer (of zijn wettelijke vertegenwoordiger voor minderjarige personen) via een eenvoudige brief of e-mail gericht aan de persoon verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie, vragen om individuele foto ’s met betrekking tot hem te verwijderen.
