Format

Individual:
One poule round, no elimination. To be seeded after national ranking. Then DE for all.
In poules: 5 touches / 3 min.
In DE: 15 touches / 3x3 min

Team:
A team is 3 fencers and if possible one reserve. There will be a boy turnament and a girl turnament. There can be girls with the boys. If a categori have only one team, boys and girls will fence together. It is posssible to mix clubs.

Format:
At 5 or more teams DE will be fenced. There will be a match for the 3th and 4th place.
Less than 5 teams they fence poule.
Seeding after individual results. Fencers not participaited in individuel, will be seeded below the lowest.

Equipment

Equipment to be controlled on the piste by the referee, or pre check at tournament start.
Accomodation It is possible to sleep for free in Birkerød Idrætscenter in Glassalen (friday – sunday) bring your own sleeping pad, sleeping bag etc. Breakfast can bought in the Cafe. Sign up for place by sending an email to: [email protected] no later than 13th. of march 2024.
Catering The Cafeteria is run by our club.

Team fencing will start just after end of the individually matches. Be aware that U11/miniorer this year, again fence team fencing and individually on THE SAME days

Entry Fee: Kr. 300 pr. fencer pr. day. Kr. 600 pr. team. Pleace pay pr. club at inscription by bank transfer to Rudersdal Fægteklubs account in Danske Bank: Regnr. 1551 account 3347337269 or by Mobilepay at 29246548. In both ways, with clear name of who to pay for.

RUF books referees, and clubs can contact [email protected] if they have some referees that likes to referee.
RUF will pay for the day and secure food.
