Medical |
A healthcare professional (trained in first aid, cardiovascular/pulmonary rescue and sports injuries) must be present at the competition venue. A special place for the competition's medical care function should be visible to all participants and clearly shown. |

Awards | Challenge Bernadotte Trophy – Individual senior epée men/women Bela Rerrich Junior Challenge – Monetary prize 1000 SEK to best junior men/women Challenge Bernadotte is part of Nordic Challenge 2023 Included tournaments: – 16-17 September: Challenge Bernadotte, Stockholm SWE – 23-24 September: Kupittaa Tournament, Turku/Åbo FIN – 7 October: Nordic Championships, Kääriku, EST – 28-29 October: Oslo Cup, Oslo NOR The total prize pool for Nordic Challenge 2000 EUR each for men and women. No extra registration is needed. The competitions included requires (only) national fencing license. Winner is the fencer with best total result in the four competitions. (Lowest total sum of placement.) A "no start" is counted as a result equal to the number of participants +1. If results are tied, the highest number of first place, most second, etc. is the tiebreaker. If an exact tie, the Oslo competition is the tiebreaker. Prizes: 1:a prize in Nordic Challenge 1000 EUR 2:a prize in Nordic Challenge 700 EUR 3:e prize in Nordic Challenge 300 EUR Prize money are paid out by the Norwegian federation against receipts for fencing related costs (equipment, travel, etc.) |
