2021 Open State Championship of Bremen

Fencers from Germany and Foreign fencers are allowed to start.
A valid DFB fencing pass is a starting requirement for German fencers. Adolescents under the age of 18 need a health certificate (not older than 365 days).

Referee qualification:

D-Lizenz oder höher

Referees must be provided based on the total entries per day.

The required number of qualified referees must be entered into the inscription system before athletes can be added to the competition.

The referees activity is paid by the organizer.

Pools - DE. 3rd places will be determined by bout.
U11 and U9 possibly in marathon mode.

The event takes place according to FIE regulations.

Organizer assume no liability. All participants are for responsible for the personal equipment.

The participants submit to the jurisdiction of the Landesfachverband Bremen e.V.

The participants and their legal representatives declare that they agree to a publication of their names, clubs and year of birth as the as the competition data.. The fencer / legal representative declares his consent to the production, distribution and display of images, sound and film during the competitions. This consent is free of charge, has unlimited territorial and temporal validity and applies to the right to the image as well as the general right of personality. It includes all media, but in particular the right to reproduce recordings in print, TV shows and the Internet. There is the possibility, but no obligation, to give the name.

Each club can accredit one coach/supervisor per three partaking athletes.
1-3 athletes: 1 coach
4-6 athletes: 2 coaches
9- athletes: 3 coaches
Only accredited athletes, coaches, referees and organisational personal gain access to the competition areal. These have to be registered in advance.

Entrance process as follows:
All persons entering the premises proof their status of vacciniation or recovery (CoViD-19) and their local registration via App (Staysio) or layed out forms. Persons to acces the competition
areal receive their accreditation at entrence of the competition areal. Athletes register for the competition on site of the competition areal. We kindly ask you to plan your arrival according this process.

Spectators are restricted to the spectation areal and gain no access to the competition areal.

Due to the corona pandemic acces to the gym will only be granted to persons who are vaccinated or recovered from an infection. Medical or FFP2 face masks are mandatory at all times in the whole venue. Only exception are athletes who are actively partaking in the competition. Persons not actively partaking in the competition are to keep a distance of 1,5m at all times.
When in doubt the current regulations of Bremen and Bremen 1860 have priority.
